Payment
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment, along with the completed booking form.
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank transfer (local & international)
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Secure online payment gateways
- Cash payments (for on-site bookings, subject to availability)
3. Deposit Requirements
- A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the tour start date.
- For last-minute bookings (within 14 days of departure), full payment is required.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 30 days before tour: Full refund minus bank/transaction fees.
- 15–30 days before tour: 50% refund of total tour price.
- Less than 14 days before tour: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
5. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to join the tour without prior notice, the full payment is non-refundable.
6. Currency & Fees
- All payments must be made in IDR.
- Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the customer.
